an excellent method to make gloves touchscreen-able |Touchscreen glove hack

So, you just got a nice pair of gloves that fit you, well, like a glove. The touchscreen-able gloves on the market today either didn’t fit you that good or were priced well over what is reasonable for 1 add-on feature but you still want to use your phone and stay connected to your friends and family or work calls. If that sounds like you, you’re on the right page.

Now There’s a few things I’ve seen that doesn’t work:

1. there’s a fluid that you can apply that will supposedly work, but most reviews say you need to reapply it every few weeks.

2. You can get a stick-on piece that has a diode built in, but people say it falls off pretty quickly.

3. you can buy capacitive thread and stitch some into your gloves. This i what I did, although i had to re-do it after about 4 months because the stitching pulled – that was probably my fault though. *plus glove is no longer water proof. Hope you like soaking wet cold hands next autumn and winter season. I had purple coloured finger tips once from not having water proof gloves one cold night out.

I’ve seen a few pairs of gloves that had “ touch-screen” fingertips, even bulky winter one. Results were mixed.

Even when the touch inputs were detected, which wasn’t every time, it was super inaccurate, something like trying to trim one’s fingernails with a set of garden shears. Or sign a check using a glue stick, pick your lols. The lack of precision made it nearly impossible to actually do anything useful on the phone. Answer calls maybe, make one? Forget it. Ever tried to make a call while 1 too many beers in? Ofcourse you did. It’s like that.
Even some touchscreen gloves loose their touchscreen capability after a few months of use.Did you get one?
